What is VMware Essentials?

VMware vCenter Converter, an important tool for converting a physical machine into a virtual machine, or VM. VMware High Availability (VMware HA) for protection against host hardware failure. Virtual machines are restarted on hosts that are still alive in vSphere Cluster VMware vMotion, which allows direct migration of virtual machines on vSphere ESXi hosts on the vSphere cluster.

An important difference between vSphere Essentials Kit is that even though both editions contain product updates, customer support for vSphere Essentials must be purchased additionally based on each incident, while support for vSphere Essentials Plus is included after you have chosen service levels (Basic Support is 12 Hours per day, five days in a week, and Production Support 24 hours a day, seven days a week).
